What does a spindle end or a bent axle repair look like?

Our shop is fitted with the best equipment to streamline the whole axle repair and axle rebuild process. We start by tearing the axle down to a bare housing and fit the spindle to a lathe. Then, if needed, the team straightens the tubes. Following that, while on the lathe, our team assesses if the spindle can be repaired to top working condition or if it needs to be replaced. Next, the opposite side of the axle’s bearing is checked, the seal is replaced, and the rotor is turned on to start the fluff & buff treatment. Finally, once the axle is reassembled, it is filled with fluid, the housing is painted, and then it is shipped for easy installation.
